Once an order has been picked, packed, or assigned to a delivery carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or DHL):

Modifications: We cannot modify delivery addresses, recipient names, or product options (size/color) after a shipment is dispatched.

Next Steps: If your package has already shipped, please receive the delivery first and then refer to our Returns Policy to send the item back for a refund.

Address Accuracy: WearandHome is not liable for orders lost due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping info provided by the buyer. If a package returns to our facility due to an invalid address, reshipping costs will be required to mail it out a second time.
